Ice barbed spear number 4,175,692

So where to start? I've managed to kick myself back into the leveling process and have gotten to 51, to celebrate I went into AV, won the first game and grabbed the latest ice barbed spear straight off the production line. Seriously those things must be massed produced, one can only assume they are made from the bones of the losing team, its the only way that amount of resources could be so easily supplied. Now some people say to go for Bloodseeker for hunters, yes its a nice crossbow, but lets face it when was the last time you saw a nice crossbow? There are 2 main sources of crossbows in WoW: Dreanei starter areas and outland, I have access to neither and so my crossbow skill is a mighty 1! (Hey at least I bothered to learn it) Of course my spear skill was 1 too, but I have a trick for that which I shall now impart on you:

Simply find a creature 10-20 levels below you, keep your pet on passive and melee it, spamming rank 1 wing clip Yes for only 40 mana you get an extra attack (32 for me as I have 1 point in Resourcefulness), this means if your weapons slow your getting 3 times as many attacks in the time for next to no mana cost, as the mob your fighting is too low to do you any serious harm you can keep it up until you finally kill it, and here's the next wondrous thing, if you do hit with wing clip it does a whole five damage, that's not going to kill things in a hurry!, I managed to get to 150 skill on 3 level 30 mobs!

Oh and the real reason I chose the spear? Well a blood elf woman using a spear spins around when she uses a special ability, she also spins around when she jumps... that's right I now have officially gained a flight form! All I have to do is jump and spam wing clip and I take off like some kind of crazy pointy-eared helicopter!
